Our Services
Mindfulness Tools Inc. was created to fill in the gaps for communities with limited or no access to mindfulness and wellness programs and services. Some of the services we intend to provide in 2024 are:
After School Programs
A major goal for MTI in 2024 is providing in-school and after- school programs to children in the Inland Empire. Programs for children in TK through High School are supported by certified instructors with a passion for bringing mindfulness and SEL curriculum to students.

Current program curriculum is based on decades of proven techniques for teaching yoga and mindfulness to children as well as some of the latest developments in education and SEL research.
Mindfulness Events
Our first event for 2024 is MTI's 2nd Annual "Try Yoga!" event at Prospect Park in Redlands. We will offer 2-3 different styles of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and wellness classes each hour from 8A-12P on the Saturday following National Yoga Day (June 21st). All classes will be FREE to attendees (5+ - seniors) with registration. We look forward to participation from multiple yoga and mindfulness studios in the area as well as local city health Initiatives and organizations to promote their health and wellness offerings in the area.

Additional MTI events may include hikes, bike rides, Earth Day clean-up, area nature tours, family yoga in the park, and suggestions are always welcome!
Youth Camps
As our programs grow, we intend to offer 1 1/2 - 3 hour camps during holidays and summer breaks for students to learn more about relaxation and self-awareness through tools such as journaling, art, meditation, storytelling, breathing exercises, yoga, visualization, awareness games, nature exploration, and collaborative projects.
Community Outreach
Supporting local food banks and nonprofit organizations with volunteers.

Promoting and assisting with local, community gardens

Helping identify, build, and/or maintain healthful indoor and outdoor public spaces for enhanced community pride and connection.

Providing conversation, literature, links, access, and general exposure to an abundance of tools and information that support general well-being.
